Prints purchased are supplied on the expectation that they are for personal use. Commercial print or custom photography requests are to be made directly to info@tomdaviesphotography.com.

Tom Davies Photography will meet all obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

By purchasing from www.tomdaviesphotography.com, you are automatically deemed to accept these Terms of Service.

Tom Davies Photography accepts payment online via the following methods:
- All major credit cards via Stripe
- Apple Pay
- Afterpay

Tom Davies Photography also accepts payment of custom request orders via Bank Transfer (New Zealand banks only).

Online orders are not able to be cancelled once they have been placed. Please choose your prints carefully.

Unless otherwise specified, prints are made to order to limit environmental impact. Please allow 7-10 working days for your prints to be shipped, though often we are able to send these out faster. If you have a time limit on your order, please get in touch via email to info@tomdaviesphotography.com to confirm if we are able to meet your deadline.

Returns
Any return requests are to be made by contacting Tom Davies Photography via email to info@tomdaviesphotography.com. Returns are accepted for prints that are damaged in transit, supplied incorrectly or if they do not match their description on Tom Davies Photography’s website. Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Return requests must be made within 5 days of initial print delivery. Return freight costs are liable to be met by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders.

Privacy Policy
We only collect your personal information when you complete an order with us. We only collect what is necessary to complete your order:

• Name

• Address (billing & shipping if different)

• Contact Number

• Payment details

We don’t store your payment details on file at Tom Davies Photography. We use Stripe to process all payments online. You can see Stripe’s privacy policy here
